Comment:

The best math professor at Green Bay. If you do the optional homework, you will do great in the course. He gives great feedback and is very understanding. His comments on your exams will always make you smile. Great professor, great lectures, and provides helpful material. If you can take his course, do so!

Comment:

His class is not easy, but he is easy to understand and grades based on your understanding of concepts and the work that you put into the assignments and tests. If you came up with the wrong answer but largely knew what you were doing and showed it, he will give you most of the points for the test. Great professor, and always gave good feedback.

I took this as a summer class so it could transfer to the other collage I am attending. He is hands down one of the best math professors I have ever had!!! He will go out of his way to make sure you understand the material. He is also very fast at responding to emails which is very helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Comment:

I literally just signed up for his summer class the day it started and I emailed him to get caught up and ready.... He responded quickly, nicely, and helpfully. He gave me the notes I needed, made sure I was able to do what I needed and if not, he helped me with that as well. Im taking one of his classes again in the fall and im excited.

The class started off in person and was a great class. Very easy to understand and did lots of examples and talked through every problem. Once class switched to online because of the COVID-19, he provided lots of pdf files to help us. He communicates well with students and is one of the best professors I have had. If you can, take his classes.

Professor Davis is a great guy. He goes things very slow and does a ton of examples, very easy to follow. If you are worried about going to fast in math, he will be a great choice because he teaches at a slower paste. The only bad things are he only grades tests and doesn't give any extra credit. He is a very caring, understanding guy.

He seems like a nice guy, but he is not teaching anything about Natural Resource Conservation. He is like a fish out of water, very apparent he should be teaching mathematics. Total waste of time going to class, just read the book and take the tests.

Great teacher, very friendly and helpful! That being said class was boring, making it difficult to pay attention. You'll be tempted to skip but please don't as you will do better if you stay. Go to class and use his practice tests and you will do fine.

By far the sharpest math prof at UWGB. I enjoyed the class. He was very thorough and I never saw him use a calculator - ever. He did everything on the board for all to see clearly. I wish I could have had him for Calc 2

Great teacher. Very helpful with questions during class and at office hours. Didn't assign HW in Calc II, so you have be personally motivated to do the problems or you won't do well.
