Comment:

This was the worst class I have taken in college. He is very unorganized and hard to follow. His lectures often do not correlate to the textbook or other outside resources so if you do not understand the lectures you are out of luck. He does not answer questions clearly and sometimes seems very annoyed when students ask questions.

Comment:

He's a good professor. His quizzes are from the homework, and the exams are very fair. Does not curve but gives tons of partial credit. Has an accent, but his helpfulness and good attitude far outweigh that "con." Go to class, do the homework, and study, and you can get the grade you want.

Calculus II is difficult but Dr. Wang makes it doable. His quizzes are based off the homework problems (practically verbatim) and his exams are very straightforward. He wants everyone to do well. He let students with an A in the class exempt out of the final, but I think he did that for our class because we were good students and payed attention.

If you don't have to take the class or professor, DON'T. He doesn't seem to care whether students understand, and tends to have a short temper and can be rude. Willing to answer questions, but the answers rarely clarify matter.

He is a nice guy, but not the best english speaker. Homework is up to you, quizes are harder than tests, but SI sessions are a must. Did not curve but dropped some low quiz grades.

He knows what he is talking about, however he doesnt realize that the students who he is teaching have no clue what he is trying to say or teach for that matter. He gives quizzes every Monday, so make sure you are there. Also there are only 2 tests and the final.

The class itself is really hard, and sometimes Wang is hard to follow. Howevvvvverr, Wang helps his kids if you need it and drops somethings to make grades better. He really cares about his students.

Tests make up 75% of class and there are only 2 and the final. The questions are straight from the homework with one question that is difficult. Do the homework and the class isn't bad.

This class is both hard because of the material and the teacher. Mr. Wang knows what he is talking about but doesn't realize that we don't all understand all of the steps to problems. Read the material carefully. The TA will teach you most of what Mr. Wang means. ALSO, I think he bumped up our final grades by 2 letter grades =)

he was alright, he could be better at explaining i was lucky to have a good TA. his tests are tricky and he assigns a lot of hw but he grades fair. if you come to class, pay attention, and do your hw, you should do okay.

Easy if you do homework and take notes. Can be hard to understand first few weeks until you get used to how he talks. Not very good at explaining, but tries. You know what is going to be on the test, whatever was on the quiz and hw.

everything in his class is based on the h.w. this quiz questions come from there, and for the tests he goes over the questions n the book that are just like the ones on the test. some of his comments are funny. take him and VISIT HIM in his office if you have probs with your grade.

This class can be as hard as you want, or as easy as you want. As long as you do your homework, you should be fine. Many tests and quiz questions are based on the h.w. He doesn't have a set pace which makes things nice because there is never any rush.
