Prof. Hladek is one of the most professional engineer in the department, he is a PE! He gives you the grade that you actually earn. Going to class is MANDATORY, you will need to spent time on doing the lab, he wants you to be perfect when you get out of his class.!

Based off the rating scale on this website it is hard to rate him. He is not easy and he is not helpful in the sense that he shows you how to do everything. He provokes your own thoughts. I got a C in his class, it is the grade I am most proud of.He is my favorite teacher of ever. Heard he is retiring, too bad, he inspired me.Awesome guy and funny

he is easy.. but he dont teach anything. stay with one question for whole 3hours class and give out exams with out telling before. and he give take home test too. u can get aveage grade. but u dont lean anything. when u go to higher class, u gonna have problems

He rarely teaches this section of engineering. He is very demanding and very energetic when he teaches. Very funny at times too. His tests are REALLY difficult and you must stay on top of the material. He offered extra help sessions, and VERY few people took advantage. Most got C's because they didn't try. I busted my a** and my hard work paid off.

This professor is amazing and extremely helpful. He cares about his students and his grading policy is fair and easily doable if you work hard. The assignments are straight out of the textbook that he is the author of. I would highly recommended taking him.

He's a great instructor. I got an A- in his Ens 110 class. At times it required a lot of work but he makes sure that you think for yourself. But nothing too difficult. Also he's a nice guy that always welcomes you to advice at his office.
