This was first time in the classroom in 30+ years so I was pretty anxious. Professor Dunn was knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being intimidating. He I strongly recommend him.

Jeff is a good professor, he don't just show up to class and read from a book he expects you to be ready and he will work with anyone. If you have questions he will answer them. He goes above and beyond to make sure you learn. Failure is not a option with this professor.

Prof Dunn makes the subject matter meaningful, even if you don't think it will be. You'll actually retain what you've learned because of how he presents the material. Down to earth, epic sense of humor, and gives a crap about the job he's doing. You won't be disappointed.

Professor Jeff Dunn is very down to earth and uses videos as examples and real life scenarios, his study guide is a game of Jeopardy and those were so much fun. He was teaching at two places at once,he was in the Philly campus while we were in Reading and he tried his best to not leave any one out.

Professor Dunn was engaging, knowledgeable, and funny. He was able to manage two classes at the same time. He made videos that were extremely informative but also funny and interesting to watch. He was open and honest. The class was challenging but enjoyable. He really understands the material and gives real example for clarity.

The class was great, the only problem was that it was a duel class so not only did he teacher our class at Reading, he had a class in Philly. Because of this he would switch every other week on where he was, when he was in Philly it was hard to concentrate (because we video chatted in)
