Great prof for a required writing class. I liked how she challenged us to do our best writing and inspired us in her devotions. She made time to meet with us one on one for each paper. Lectures about writing are not exciting but she made them practical.

Her lectures are long, boring, and unhelpful. Although it is an entry level class, she treats her students as young children. Everything she discussed in class I had already learned in high school. Many petty assignments that were not helpful

Can be helpful, but she doesn't have a great deal of time to help. Frequently asks for feedback. Times assignments well, but there are A LOT of small assignments that add up to a lot. Can be difficult to understand what she is looking for, and has pop quizzes on obscure parts of the readings.

She assigns way too much homework at a time so you pretty much have to decide which assignments are the most important because there is no way you'd have enough time to finish them all. Her lectures are extremely boring so you better get some caffeine in you or you'll be struggling to stay awake.

She is my favorite teacher so far. I didn't think I could write very well and she made me believe in myself. She cares beyond what we did in class. She makes herself available. I asked her for a recommendation because I respect her.

She is one of those teachers that thinks that she is an intellectual, but who's head is just full of air. I reached out to her for help and got none. Also she accused me of plagiarism when I didn't and lost a paper and blamed it on me.
