Karen is by far one of my favorite professors at Butte College. She is one of the kindest people I have met and wants her students to do well in the class. There is a lot of homework, but you need to do it in order to understand the rules.

One of my favorite teacher's I've ever had! She is well organized and knows what she is doing! She is one of the nicest ladies I've ever met and is super patient with the students. Great teacher and great person!

Taylor is an awesome teacher who really cares about her students. She knows her stuff. Class has multiple quizzes, four exams, and a project. Quizzes and test are extremely hard and I really had to study for them. Project really helps your grade. Ton of homework but the homework really is necessary to understand the material. Good class overall!

I enjoyed this class a lot. She is willing to help anyone who ask for help. I struggled through the middle of the class due to my own issues but work my but off the last 5 weeks and pulled my grade up from a low C to a solid B and scored a 97 on the final would recommend her and plan on taking her again.

Karen is amazing! I took her for ACCT 20, 2, and 4 because she lays out the semester workload clearly, she's super organized, and she's great at explaining concepts and then giving class work to reinforce the concepts. I worked my schedule around when her class was going to be. If you get the chance, definitely take her

Easy A if you actually do the work. Regualar attendance is necessary to grasp the concept, but she clearly explains everything in class so you feel comfortable tackling homework assignments. Great experience for my first accounting class.

Karen is a great teacher, especially for accounting. The subject can be a bit confusing at times and Karen really takes the time to make sure the class has grasped the concepts before she moves along. Homework is a must do and attendance too.

Karen is an awesome teacher! Very willing to help if you aren't understanding the material. I have to admit I really wanted Christensen but I'm glad I got to take someone else.. Yeah, there's a lot of homework but anyone who's taken accounting knows that there is always a lot of homework.. And it's definitely necessary if you want to understand.

Karen is great at what she is doing... she passionate about accounting. attend class everyday and you'll get the materials, if not, she is always willing to help. She doesn't play favorite though it may seem like to others... I recommend her to anyone who is majoring in accounting... There's a lot of homework, but it's good practice...

Although she is not the hardest instructor, she is by far not my favorite. She plays favorites, helps those that she likes, and ignores those that she doesn't care about. That is if she cares about anyone. Makes me wonder what her personal life is like. If you don't keep up, she'll make sure the whole class hears and knows how stupid you are. Tuff!
