Comment:

Class was okay, free range to complete assignments. Lectures was kind of boring but she is very sweet. No pressure class. Takes attendance. Chapter quizzes fairly easy. Power points provided on each chapter and optional final exam. Does give extra credit. Complete assignments and you have an easy 'A'. Study textbook material.

Professor Weldon is Amazing. She gives beyond extra credit throughout the entire course which can be very helpful. The lectures are long and in powerpoint form but helpful. If you study the powerpoint and read the book you will most definitely pass. I find her very cool and interesting.

Professor Weldon is a very nice women but he powerpoints dont match half the stuff on the tests. She does like to talk a lot when your in class and doesnt give rubrics for any of the assignments she wants you to do.

I would not recommend this professor. She grades only on your test, so if you are horrible at taking test you will most likely have a hard time, just like i did. I barley got by, had it not been for my paper I would have been taking this course over. She reads from the powerpoint, very dull and boring. I took notes and all still had a hard time.

Comment:

Ms. Weldon in general, is a very kind and humble woman. She enjoyed and appeared to be very knowledgeable of her Psych 101 studies. However, I was very disappointed with the fact that her Exams weren't totally aligned with the Power Point classroom notes that was given to us. Therefore, it made it very difficult for me to pass her class.

Ms. Weldon is quiet and she reads off of the power points. If you take this class def get the textbook so you can read and learn it at home. The class is not that difficult having good memory will work in your favor! BUT THIS CLASS IS SOO BORING!! Literally its dreading make sure you have coffee or redbull or something to keep you woke.

Doctor Weldon is a nice older lady but she is really really quiet, doesnt use user friendly terms, and is by far the most boring professor I have ever taken. Falling asleep in class, dreading even going to class, shes so quiet you will miss a whole bunch If you arent willing to go through the book on your own or review her PPs. Dont take

bar none the most boring professor i have ever had in my life. speaks in a tone so quiet and monotonous that it puts you right to sleep. pretty much every class period EVERYONE was asleep with their heads down and she didnt say anything. so remember to study on your own because youll be asleep during class :/

Prof. Weldon really cares & wants all her students to get As. Tons of extra credit opportunies, lots of choices within tests (ie you can pick more multiple choice or essay) and for our term project. Power points avail online if you miss a class. Only warning - she is not very loud. Do NOT sit in the back with the peanut gallery, you'll miss a lot.

Professor Weldon is a sweet older lady but is very quiet and only gives boring lectures. If u sit in the back, u wont pass because she is so quiet. I withdrew because I would fail if I hadnt because I couldnt stay awake.

Shes really nice! If you use the textbook, show up to class, and ask questions youll have an A. She gives lots of extra credit, and loves questions. Really easy exams if you show up to lecture. 10/10 would take a class with her again

Make sure you read your test book. Read and learn from your launchPad. She is ready to stay and explain or answer your questions after class.. Gave four exams and chose the best three. Many one point each extra credit. These will really boost your grade.

Sweet lady but there is only one word to really describe her and that's BORING! She lectures off of Powerpoint only gives 4 tests and the final is optional. The lectures has nothing to do with the test. Just a very boring class. Attendance isn't required she just cares if you shows up for tests. Gives out a lot of extra credit.

She is a super sweet lady but she is bay far the worst teacher Ive ever had. Her lectures are boring and she speaks very low so you can't hear her. I have to teach myself from the book. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS

She is the most boring professor i have ever had. she is a super sweet lady but my god all she does is lecture the entire class. plus, at the end of the semester you have to present to the class on a subject you find interesting in psych and there is no rubric so you have to wing it and if you hate public speaking, good luck.

I took Psyc 101 with Dr. Weldon and she is by far the best teacher! I took Psyc 101 in the past and received a D, the teacher was so confusing and was hard to follow! But Dr. Weldon made me love psychology, she gives you real life examples that helps you to understand better. I would highly recommend taking her class! She also gives E.C :)

This was the most hardest class I have ever taken. She doesnt give a study guide for her finals. The 3 test she gives are hard and not the material she has went over in class so you are very confused! I hate her grading setup! The class sooooo boring! If all professors were like her I would lose my mind here!! This is not a good professor to take
