Very tough grading when it comes to class participation. But she is a very kind person and will help you in any way she can. I feel that her emphasis on participation for a 101 course is a bit too much, I participated more than she told us we should and never got below a 90 on any paper and I still had a grade in the low 90's overall.

Mrs Mayberry is a beautiful person and an excellent teacher. She is well versed in her Spanish so there is no doubt she knows the material. She makes learning fun, is very fair, but don't sleep her niceness and slack off. She will grade you accordingly. Definitely take this teacher for Spanish!

She is the teacher you want if you have to take spanish. I did well on tests and quizes but only pulled a 'B'. Too much emphasis on participation for an introductory course. BUT other instructors are far worse from what I heard!!! She is VERY helpful and is very lenient on make-up exams and such.
