Comment:

Humbert was one of the best profs I've had! He provides the slides on Pilot and a study guide that tells you all the information you need for the test on it. You only need the 40 studies book, don't bother with the other one, I never opened it. He is the funniest prof ever and tells the best stories. I wouldn't say it was an easy A, but it was easy

Comment:

An amazing lecturer who really knows his stuff and gives great examples. The tests are pretty hard, so give yourself plenty of time to study. He offers extra credit and I highly recommend doing it. The final paper is actually pretty fun, but still requires a lot of research and planning. Don't let this course get away from you!

Comment:

I absolutely loved Humbert and his class. He's funny and he makes the lectures interesting, although he does sometimes get sidetracked. The assignments (all extra credit) are interesting, as are the essay portions of the exams. The final project was fun to do and not difficult as long as you paid attention and took notes.

dont by the textbook- just the 40 studies! Hes funny. I honestly rarely went to class and got a B. He puts up study guides and lectures on Pilot. A day or two before the test start studying and youll do fine. We had a fun paper too. Decent class.

Dr. Humbert is AWESOME! He is hilarious and always tries to make his lectures interesting and insightful! He is super nice and will help you all that he can. Tests are a little hard but his paper and extra credit will help! He's worth taking if you get a chance!

Comment:

His sense of humor is very dry. Very FUNNY man, his side stories are very insightful, one of my favorite parts of the class was his 'off the cuff' stories. For his exams start with lecture slides that he has online, then condense personal class notes, and then read the text books for answers and clarification of topics and concepts from lectures.

He was funny and made our class somewhat entertaining. He widely provided his opinion and it was impossible to understand an actual fact. Don't speak up in his class, he will probably say you're wrong or you're weird.

Prepare for cats. Humbert is a good teacher, hes very funny and willing to talk to students when they need help. He makes his lectures interesting and funny and offers interactive extra credit. Spends a lot of class time on anecdotes about his cats. I found it made him relateable an d easygoing. Others thought he was wasting too much time.

HE is Awesome! Do not take anyone else. You will learn so much, and class is really fun and interactive. He's exactly what you want a professor to be. If you follow his study guides and his hints in class,and make sure you go to class you will do awesome. He's the only professor I've ever felt like giving a rating for, just because he deserves it!

ABSOLUTELY hilarious, this guy needs to be a stand up comedian on his off time. He explains stuff so well and gives awesome examples. He gives side stories so you understand. Dont waste your money getting the book, just the one with psych studies done. Its moderately tough but hes super cool and will help you. Amazing prof, better guy.

Comment:

Best psych prof WSU has. He is such a funny guy and makes lectures so interesting. He knows so much about psychology and has personal experience that he adds in during lecture. He has been doing this for a long time and he likes teaching. I was REALLY disappointed when I found out he only teaches 1 class at WSU.

He is one of the best professors I have ever had at Wright State. He gives general points on the slides but goes into much further detail into a way that honestly blows your mind. Hes very intelligent which is obvious with how much he knows and how well he teaches. Hes a serious professor but knows when to bring humor into the context.

Pretty good class overall. I didn't like Mark at first cuz he never started class on time and it sucked to sit there for 20 mins while he played around on his computer. He's pretty funny MOST OF THE TIME... sometimes he was a bit overbearing though. You don't need the text book, just the book of articles. All in all a great class :)
