Comment:

A review of 5 weeks into HE232 class, this class is super easy. The homework doesn't take very long. I listen to the audiobook on my drives to and from work for this class but I don't think the audiobook is even really necessary to complete the homework. Easy A class and easy to teach yourself the material as well. Pretty self-explanatory.

I took soccer with him. He was pretty cool, we passed the ball for about 5-10 minutes and then played for an hour. Have to remember to sign the attendance sheet to get points because that is how you get points in this class. Great teacher, taking soccer again Winter term.

First time this class has been offered and it is seriously the best class ever! Science of Happiness with Marty has definitely helped me have a better outlook on life and it's overall just a great class and it helps that the professor is super chill too.

He's a really cool dude and explains thoroughly how his class will be. You need to show up to class because you get points for showing up. I got the grade that i got because i didn't bother to fix, so it's my fault. Overall his class is easy and you could get an A.

Marty was cool. He was able to teach and make others laugh and interact with such ease. I wasn't really ever much of an associative type person, but it was really fun to talk in that class. Watching the videos was really an awesome way to learn life changing material. I hope to continue with the strategies I learned in this class.

The class itself is easy as showing up makes up the meat of your points. Super boring though as we learned nothing and watched YouTube videos or Netflix everyday.

Easy A class. It's volleyball, all you need to do is show up and play the best you can, basically. Marty is a great teacher, he really helps you and gives you tips on how to improve on your volleyball skills. If you miss a class, you lose points but you can make those points up by joining a different PE class of any sort. Fun class, great teacher!!

This was the easiest A I have received. Basically attend class and do the 2 simple presentations and you have yourself an easy A. I have a fear of speaking and presentations but in his class the presentations are super easy. No tests! Only bad thing, is that he didn't mention that he never uses a book until class. After most of us purchased it.

Marty's class was the easiest class that I have taken at Chemeketa thus far. He's funny, knows what he's talking about and knows how to relate the topics that he goes over with students to their personal lives. Awesome guy, easy class, and no stress at all. What more could you ask for?
