The class fine fine overall, but at times she taught things that were blatantly untrue (e.g. "There are no sources of complete protein found in plant foods," "Babies need cholesterol from sources additional to breast milk," etc.). She also claimed that I had an eating disorder (I'm a 5'6" woman weighing 140#, very healthy).
