The worst class. Doesnt instruct at all and gives assignments on stuff you never learned. My least favorite.

It's absolutely evident how much he cares for students. He makes a huge effort to get feedback & change the course to suite the class in the semester. He's a very intelligent, funny, fun guy, who makes lectures very entertaining. I have a huge appreciation for how he structured the course and the help he offered, he truly wants everyone to succeed.

Excellent, critical, fun course; surveys recent advances in physics education research in the United States, cognition, learning, policy. Lots of reading. Important for anyone who wants technical mastery of the way people learn and teach physics. Very little or no secondary education research discussed.

Noah did a great job exposing us to new ideas about how to teach physics. I never realized how complex a task is it to get students to think! Thanks Noah!
