I enjoyed this class a lot. Just read the text, do the required work,do the online work, participate in class and IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK....HE WILL ANSWER. Although he takes teaching seriously and the tests are a bit hard BUT, SOME OF THE QUESTIONS CAME FROM THE ONLINE REVIEW. He's very helpful and he wants to make sure you understand the work.

The course isn't hard but he tries to make it that way. Although the exams are multiple choice it's endless and tricky. Overall, he is a nice professor and is always available to help. Just do exactly what he says and you should pass the class. If you want to actually learn something - take him. If you need an easy A - he is not the one for you.

The best teacher in the whole department. I don't understand why people say that he is terrible. He is always available for help.You have to listen to him and read the book.He tried to do his BEST to help us. Besides, he is a very nice person with a nice sense of humor.You have to be really "stupid" to do badly in his class.

He is extremely hard. His tests are to long and on a lot of material. This class was extremely unorganized. Between him the lab instructor they just couldn?t get it together. He sends out nasty email as well. The class isn?t an easy class and taking it with him just made it that much harder.

this guy is terrible! do not take him!!! he doesn't teach anything and makes you memorize the textbook... we have exams on over 220 pages. He also rates himself on this.. Beware! you have been warned

the prof. is really friendly and goes out of his way to help students- he's very good in that he tells you specifically what is wrong with your paper --- if there is something wrong. does not tolerate lateness...? approachable for help...fair grader--but you have to work in his class, 4 papers-

Nice professor over all. Takes lack of student success a bit too personally, but puts himself out there to help and accomodate more than most professors. Works his butt off to help you learn. Subject matter requires a lot of work and minute attention, so can be frustrating, but that's not his fault. He's very helpful despite his obvious frustration

the book is not the problem, just read it like you would for any other class. The class was very interesting, and he is a good teacher who tries to help as much as he can. E/O remarks how the book gets you a good grade but fail to mention that the book sucks. Rommel comes to the rescue outlining the chapters and sharing his notes with the class. He wants his students to do well and he is approachable as well as friendly. Not an easy class, will say so himself.

Y so much compliants? He is really nice. Rommel teached the class at a moderate rate. He covered through everything in the book. His exams are pretty fair if you read the book, then you will be ok. Although we did have to read all 14 chapters to do well on the exams. But I learned a lot from reading the book. I enjoyed his class and his jokes.SMILE
