Fantastic teacher and fantastic woman. Ultra fair and clear grading criteria. She goes above and beyond to prepare her students for tests, and for Italian 3. Truly cares about her students. Her insight into Italian culture was charming and interesting. It was a total pleasure and honor to be her student.

She's very sweet! She does care about students and tries very best to help them. I saw her encourage students who were still struggle to try, have mistakes and learn. Encourages us to speak out, she likes presentation but they're just practice speaking. She give as much exp as you'd like to understand, very patient until you can answer to yourself

Professor La Scala is a great professor; she really wants her students to learn. I would recommend taking her during 16 weeks if you want to fully comprehend the material. I hope to take another Italian class with her in the future. I definitely recommend her.

Professor La Scala is the best professor to take for beginning to learn Italian. She explains everything with details and takes the time to help students. She also teaches interesting culture and facts about Italy and Italians today. If you want to start learning Italian language, Professor La Scala is the best choice.

Prof LaScala is an awesome professor! If you do the assignments and pay attention to the lectures, you will get the italian grammar in no time. If you need help with certain things, she will be there for you and explain it until you get it. Very helpful and clear professor, i recommend her.

She's pretty nice but I did not like her class. This class was all work and no fun. The class is more about memorizing terms rather than really understanding the concepts. I was very disappointed because I LOVE the language and culture and she didn't mention the culture at all. There's a test on every chapter. Lots of work!

Prof. La Scala is an amazing teacher. She's extremely helpful and very nice. Her tests are pretty easy, just make sure to pay attention in class. Her quizzes are only vocabulary. There's not much homework and the online homework is straight out of the workbook. I highly recommend taking this class and having her as a teacher

Prof La Scala is very nice. She grades easy. Just do what she asks you and you will get an A. The hw will only take like 5-10 mins. The online workbook might take longer, but you can redo that one til you get the grade you want. The tests are easy.. The most important thing is to pay attention in first 2 weeks because its core stuff 4 the class -IC
