Rob is a great professor. He's kind, passionate, and excited about working with students. By far my favorite professor of all time. He appreciates it when you tie things in from other classes (particularly the ones you've taken with him).

Rob is a wonderful professor. He is very intelligent and hard-working. You should definitely read your textbook and take very thorough notes if you would like to receive a good grade. If you work hard and study hard, you will be just fine in his class. He makes psychology fun. :)

Comment:

Rob is a great teacher for general psychology, even though a lot of the students in the class are only working on the social science perspective rather than actually being interested in psychology, he made it interesting for everyone. Does a real good job of applying concepts to REAL life. You're never surprised about tests or assignments. Love him

Didn't like abnormal psychology (but I like research better, just me) but I loved the guy. Rob works incredibly hard at Berea and deserves a little more money, if you ask me.

Comment:

Rob Smith is a great teacher. He makes it interesting and (usually, but not always) engaging. Encourages discussion, has straightforward tests. A great choice for PSY 100. Additionally, his class is stacked so that the final exam counts only as much as any of the previous exams, which makes his class easy as long as you consistently apply yourself.

Robert is a really good professor who knows what he's doing. Even though Gerontology is not the most interesting subject in the world, he really tried to motivate us into learning. He also loves it when students TALK TO HIM and will not ignore you or make you feel like you're not worth his time. His classes are not easy, but worth it.

Nicest guy EVER, really cares about the students. I didn't find him all that difficult, as long as you follow the discussions and read. Love his jokes on his tests :o)
