by far one of the worst teachers i have had. when asked to show a concept again he simply says to look in the book, which offers no explanation or clarification. he also requires that you take an online true false section for the test on top of the test you take in class. bottom line do not take him unless he is the last resort

I would never recommend him to any one, sweet gentleman and knows his stuff but teaching is most certainly NOT his thing. Reads directly off slide show (which could be found in your books so its pointless) then changes the slide before you can take note. Has his back to you, and speaks monotone and has a hearing problem.

I agree he is boring, you can pass the class in any of two condition, either if you read the textbook thoughrly or you know about the concepts and can easily understand. His class is easy but can make you sleep or can bore you alot as most of the time he reads the presentation. Homework is due before he even shows you how to solve those problems.

Comment:

Needs to change his format on test days. In class test on chapters 7-9. Starts class reviewing problems from chapter 10 and then starts chapter 11 before taking the test on 7-9. Why not take the test first, then, review chapters 10 and 11. All of the waiting gives me test anxiety and don't do well.

Extremely boring. Literally reads directly from PowerPoint entire class period without looking up. Doesn't hear very well so he doesn't hear students questions sometimes. Treats students like toddlers yet teaches material like a graduate course. Gives you study guides. Mc test questions DIRECTLY from bonus quizzes. Does tell you what is on test.

This is probably the worse professor I have every had. He is quite boring and doesn't interact with the students very well. He gets upset when you ask him a question. If you have a choice, don't take him. He cares more about getting through the material than insuring his students understand the problems and the concept.

4 tests.Easy bonus points by turning in 1-2 assigned homework problems,doing online quizzes & attending the full class period (he takes off bonus points if you leave during lecture).Tests have 30% MC questions (exactly from the quizzes) & 70% problems (similar to assigned homework).He might be boring,so bring your laptop to kill time & make an A!!!

He gives you bonus points AND he tells you the exact types of problems that will be on the test. The multiple chose is 20 out of 30 known questions. I didn't pay attention in 2301 or 2302. I would only look at the book the week before the test. He is boring as can be BUT he knows his stuff and he is super helpful. People that failed were LAZY!!!

took him for acct 2301 & 2302 VERY easy your review is exactly like the test and you get bonus points for going to class and doing your homework. posts all answers for the homework on BB which is VERY helpful since some problems are pages long. will keep you in class till last minute and his lectures are slides from the book so can be boring

He is a good professor. He teaches because he likes it not because he needs to. He may be a little boring, but he does expect you to do the work. If you study and practice the problems, you will have no trouble passing. I have passed all his tests with a 100+ because of the extra credit he offers. Study, practice, go to class, get an A.

Very boring professor. I cannot stress that enough. You will fall asleep in his class. Reads straight from the textbook and powerpoint slides. If you want to do well in his class, you must teach yourself. Good thing is he hands out test reviews that are verbatim to what is on the test.

Do not take this guy at any cost. You will not like him or his class. He is deaf, boring, and has the personality of a dead bush. I learned nothing from him. I was not planning on being an accountant before, I would never consider it now. Two words "Number Nerd". If you are a masochist, enjoy! If you value your sanity, run.
