Terrible! 4 multiple choice tests. Either you get it right or you get "0". No partial points for working on the problem. No extra credits for homework. This guy is too lazy to check your exam and homework. He should be retired!!!!

I thought he was a decent teacher until we got to the statistics unit, then he started jamming multiple lessons into one lecture and I had to go home and completely teach myself an entire chapter. He is a bit hard to understand, and DEFINITELY hard of hearing, but he seems like an overall nice guy who is willing to help you.

Maglio is not a very good teacher at all,if you have questions he will "help" you, but his "help" is useless. he is a smart guy, but TEACHING is not his thing. you will not understand a single word this man says; thick accent and stutters like there's no tomorrow. the WHOLE semester is based on 4 ridiculous exams, DON'T TAKE HIM, TRUST ME! ask ppl

This professor can be hard to understand at first because of his accent, but if you attend class you get used to it. His only work in the class is the tests so you better study hard!! They are short-maybe 20 questions-and they are your only grade. Sometimes he checks homework too but doesn't grade it. Pay attention and take notes.

his exams are ez bcuz they are all multichoice he will DROP ur lowest score unfortunetly, unless ur mathematically inclined or spend hours a week studying this prof is not for u, he spends about half the class explaining hw from the previous lessons and rushes through the new material in 20 min hw isnt worth anything 3 exams final, thats it

I can't understand anything this man is saying! His accent is way to thick to be comprehensible. You'd be better off studying from the book by yourself, or better yet, avoid this professor! At least his tests are multiple choice, or else i'd have no hope!

Math has always been a difficult subject for me, as it is for many. Maglio without a doubt knows the math but the problem is that his communication skills are lacking. I couldn't understand the guy and this made the class alot harder than it should have been. By no means do i recommend you take him.

This porfessor was by far the worst teacher i have had! He doesn't explain things well. He doesn't go over test. Doesn't go over any problems more than once. He is rude and has all the knowledge in the world. However he doesn't know how to transfer that knowledge! Dont take him unless you have to!

I love this prof. I missed 3 classes and he didn't drop points. He's very sweet and funny. If you don't mind an accent and want a caring prof who really loves math take Maglio. He answers all questions and is willing to go over many times until you understand. He's so nice he reminds me of my dad :) I Got a B. LOVEEE HIMMMM

V.sweet man,cool as a cucumber,doesn't get fazed,helpful in & out of class.V.easy tests-multiple choice-you can use the calculator and can write formulae on paper and bring to exam.Can drop 1 test with lowest score.He is very clever but can't explain in too many diff.ways so that challenged students can understand.If you're good at math take him- E

Maglio is a very dedicated teacher when he sees that a student is serious about learning and puts forth effort to learn the material. He always has an open door to help you understand any material that is not clear. In the process he helps you understand any previous calculations that you have forgotten. He isn't easy but certainly helpful.

Maglio is very jaded and has a low opinion of students. I enjoy math but Maglio was mostly of the opinion that NEIU students were "idiots" who didnt understand or appreciate the subject. Language barriers complicated things and his random digressions off topic took up too much time.
