Comment:
Not easy material and not a lot of time to get through it all, but Clough will help if you ask. She wants her students to pass, but you still have to earn your grade. Clough is nuttier than a squirrel turd, but not in a bad way. One of the best instructors I've had. She even made PHL301, covering the same stuff as several other classes, bearable.

Really great professor. Class is always interesting. She brings great humor to the classroom, but still manages to tie it back to lecture. She's very intelligent and a very good lecturer.

She's a great professor with an amazing understanding of science and epistemology. I took her seminar: Gender, Politics and Brain Science. It was one of the best classes I have ever taken in college.

A very engaging and fun professor. She will make it interesting. Kinda skims the content in the lower division classes, but requires a lot more focus in the upper courses.

I always looked forward to going to class, she was funny and friendly. I would hang out with her outside of class. If I was super interested in the material I might have been disappointed at the simplicity of the class, but it is 100 level so simple and easy works fine. Great class interactions and good lectures.

Has good sense of humor. Class involves lectures and watching movies in class that relate to each religion studied. I highly recommend taking the class.

The worst philosophy class I have ever taken! The material is difficult and she does nothing to help clarify. Papers are graded as if they were beng submitted to an editor for publishing. They come back completely marked up with how she thinks something could sound better, but no comments on actual content.

Bawdy and brilliant! A feminist who remains feminine. Her fun-loving personality belies her appreciation of proper form. No free-writing or sloppy grammar allowed, but her goals for students are clear and manageable.

Challenging with regards to critical thinking and grades papers rather meticulously, but I really enjoyed the class and her quirky humor. I would definitely take another of her classes.

Very fun classroom environment, very****ty clarity on assignments. The sporadic behaviour is entertaining, but it is not at all conducive to a helpful lecture... every lecture was like that: funny, but not very helpful.

So hillarious. She constantly makes class fun and exciting! For instance... Bring your pet to class day! She's great. I hate philosophy, but loved her class. Rock on canadians! (PS we watched the best of will ferrell in class, how much cooler can you get?)

Speaking in stream of conscious isn't the best way to lecture a class.
