Dr. F. is clear and concise. His lectures are good, easy to understand. Asb 326 is online and has 2 50minute timed tests with 50 questions. If you follow the study guide an easy A, with no homework just two tests take his class! Tests are over his PowerPoint and fun science videos. Readings are a waist of time innless you want to do them for fun.

There is no point in going to this class. He suckes at teaching (for ur people who have to look at someting instead of listen to a teacher jump aroud). DO DO DO DO extra credit!!!!! I got all A's or B's on my test but still had a B in the class. The Extra credit increased my grade by 10 points!!! It is time consuming but not hard. Do study guide!

If you're interested in archaeology, and need an elective, TAKE THIS CLASS! You have to pay attention to his lectures to do well on the tests. If you get bored by professors just standing up and talking, think again about this class. I thought he was very passionate, and could tell he really loves his job!

He's really nice, and archeology really interests me, but holy hell were these lectures boring. 97% percent of the time it's just him talking, and you're not quite sure which info is important to just his personal comments. I'd take him again, in a diff. class with a better format.

Classes are very boring. His tests are 80% based off the study guides. However, theres still 20% of the test that I have no clue where it comes from.

I LOVE this class. A lot of people complain about it being boring and hard..well DUH. What did you expect?! If you aren't interested in a subject, DON'T TAKE THE CLASS! The more interested you are, the easier the class becomes b.c you want to pay attention more! He's adorable! Typical archaeologist look! Very interesting class! LOVE IT! Take it!

I loved everything about this class. Its a very interesting subject and Professor Falconer is my favorite professor I've had in college. This class is relatively easy and the study guides really help on the test. I recommend this class and especially this professor to any one interested learning about other cultures and people from long ago.

Lectures are so boring...I always go to class but I skipped this one alot bcuz it was so painful. His lecture notes are useless and the tests are overly simple and have nothing to do w/the material. Avoid if this class isn't mandatory for your major.

The professor really loves the material and it shows in the class. But it is all memorization. Only 2 tests and a final so getting a high grade can be hard. There is up to 10% extra credit, but the extra credits are graded pretty hard. It is an extremely boring class and I would not recommend to someone looking for an interesting class.

While the material for this class isn?t that challenging, the format of the class can prove to be difficult. There are only 2 tests and the final (worth half your grade) so studying is a must. Also, watch out for some of the test questions, they can be tricky. This class is pretty boring, but he offers 10% of your grade in extra credit.

The class is not very demanding, but the lectures are extremely boring. The professor is very knowledgeable in the subject area but all he does is talk the WHOLE timee... Do not take this class if it is not required. There are 3 tests the whole semester and offers extra credit, but i would not recommended this class.

Loved this professor! He is unusual and that makes his lectures SO entertaining. Obviously passionate about the subject. If you have time to do all the reading, fantastic. If not you will still do fine. Just show up for class and take notes.

Falconer is a good teacher but strange. I loved his class but don't really like him. He's self important and doesn't care about his students. He also refused to help a friend of mine with a question! Take ASB 222 if you like the subject but not for him. He sucks.

Easy class, okay professor. Didnt use the book. You can also get extra credit by attending the brown bag series presentations and writing up a short summary of it. Worthwhile to go to these. Exams are really easy.

Easy class all important stuff from lectures can be summarized the day before the test in a 2 sheet paper that is the whole exam lots of extra credit going on definitely a GPA booster ! but keep in mind the class is only 2 tests with 50 questions and a final with 100 questions and thats mostly it so do your best on those and best of luck !!

Tests are a bit tricky. FInal is worth 50% of your grade so you actually have to study. Hard to take notes/listen at all. Probably the most boring class ever, but if you do the study guide and study it you'll be fine.
