The class itself was very easy, but his lectures are incredibly boring and I rarely took notes. He does put his notes online too, so you can skip class every now and then and still get an A. He grades his assignments very easy. I would recommend taking this class for a GPA booster, and it does fulfill core requirements.

As a Cog Sci prof this guy is terrible. The whole class was lost. We never had any idea what he was talking about. I'm not even sure what to say in this comment because it was that bad. Never take it with him ever.

Respected composer, but he is not a good teacher. His classes are not only boring, he does not even test you on the things he talks about. He is easy, but you will hate going to his classes and you will be frustrated with his teaching style. If you are a non-music major/science major/objective oriented person you will hate every second of his class

I have taken Music 101, 151L, 153L, 251, 251L, 257 and Intro to Electronic Music with Bruno. He is a great guy, very enthusiastic. If you ask him a question, he will answer it, even if it takes the whole class time, and even if that means a few tangents. He seems unorganized, but gets stuff done!

very passionate, sometimes hard to understand because of his accent. unbelievably nice. super easy grader. very lenient when it comes to deadlines. this class, at least, was a breeze and lots of fun... you basically watch movies and litsen to music.

He assigned way too much work and had unrealistic expectations of students. He plays favorites and will embarrass you in front of the entire class if he doesn't like you. He's very harsh and insensitive. Avoid him if possible.
