He was pretty cool. Related a lot of life experiences to class, pretty clear on what he was explaining, threw humor in to liven it up a bit, and he knew how to elicit discussion. Definitely enjoyed him and his class.

this professor just talks and talks. very boring. not helpful at all. i feel like i know more about his new york childhood then anthropology. really boring. lots of notes so attendance is key but such a waste of time cause the notes don't cover material on the tests. overall sucks. dont waste your time.

Great teacher, but in the normal sense of teaching, you wont walk away knowing the textbook, but you will better understand society. His rants and rambles taught me more than any of the notes.

teacher is funny and entertaining but talks the whole period so its kinda boring. You basically just take notes and its easy but sometimes the time goes a little slow. Not hard at all though.

Nice guy, makes alot jokes, class is fairly easy. no homework, 4 multiple choice tests, 2 papers due at the end of the semester. not long. just study notes and read book and you should get at least a B,
