I only took this class to fulfill my major so going into I was not happy having to take a class about insects. In the end I learned so much useful information and Dr Hollingsworth made the class really interesting! Although class is not mandatory, you have to go in order to do well. Sometimes it can be boring, but I am so glad I took this class!

Lectures will make you want to kill yourself. However, take this course with a couple friends, take turns going to lecture to fill in the note sheets he gives you, memorize the simple notes for the exam and this is an easy way to cover BS req.

He is kinda a weird guy, but he knows his bugs. He is very reasonable and the class is straight-forward. No book to buy and all readings are on WebCT. You can DL all lecture notes so you dont have to go to class all the time. The questions on the final were taken from our previous tests. Overall a pretty easy course

such an easy class if you actually go to class and do the readings. he's kind of quirky and he also tries hard to make the information funny and interesting. i would recommend this class to anyone who doesn't want to take a real biological science.

The guy knows his bugs and made lectures interesting. The test are really easy if you attend all classes and take down notes. Tests are MC based on notes and on-line readings. This is not a slack-off class, so don't take it if you plan on not going to class.

This class was so much fun!There is no text book and the lectures are all online,but they are fill in the blank type notes,so you have to go to class.If this subject interests you at all,he is the teacher to get.it is so easy the final is optional and the tests are scaled like 15 points each time.

worst professor i've ever had! He's a terrible guy with a terrible personality. The class is sooooo boring, and his test are really hard. He's very stuck up and thinks he knows everything and if you try and disagree with him he gets really defensive. Don't take this class!

on our last test, there was such a big scale that you got a 100 if you had a 78 or above. pretty interesting and he's really nice. go to class, pay attention, actually do the readings, and study for the tests and you'll do fine.

Oh god. We took one test that only had the left side of the sheet copied, giving us half the questions and answers. That's an example of how big of a mess this class was. Definitely not recommended.

Eventho he will curve the grades at the end, his tests are very hard, it seems no matter how hard i study I can't do well in his class and I go to every class! I would recommend taking Ent 126 w/ other professors cause I hear they are alot easier
