Comment:
Dr. Keller was a good professor and his lectures were really great but his exams were pretty hard. They are 4-5 questions and If you miss one you automatically get a D on that exam. Exams are 50% of your grade. The final was not related to what we covered in class. If you do the practice exams, review notes, you should do fine.

Dr. Keller is a really nice guy, but taking this online with him has been a nightmare. He has changed nothing about the class to adjust for the pandemic and he never responds to emails. Most of the class was at least doable, but the final completely came out of left field. All of the lectures were pre-recorded so asking questions wasn't an option.

Dr. Keller Is an amazing professor. He is very familiar with his field of study and is able to show his understanding of the topics. HOWEVER, online class with him has been utterly hopeless. There are no considerations. Class is set up like pre-pandemic, only online. The tests were difficult and homework did not help. The structure is intolerable.

Keller was great in lectures and cared about the students in his class. He went over topics that would be on tests thoroughly and the questions on the worksheets were similar to the ones on tests. Make sure to do the homework and attend class and you should be good. He also curves pretty nice.

Dr. Keller is one of the most brilliant professors I have learned from with regards to chemistry. Although exams are incredibly difficult; do the homeworks to help you understand the material and ultimately boost your grade.

He never responded to my e-mail asking him for extra practice problems. He gives practice tests but actual tests are always harder w curve balls. Very generous w partial credit. He lectures very well but in this class everything is important and it all builds on the first unit. You'll need to read the book & practice problems often.

Dr. Keller is one of the most intelligent professors that I have ever learned from. He has an intimate knowledge of the subject and welcomes questions. His lectures can be dry, and I would not rely on the T.A. to carry you through the class. Attend every lecture as the book is of little to no use.

Dr. Keller is a very nice guy but I have to say his exams are very hard and he doesnt narrow down the topics covered. Many students seem to struggle in this class (exam averages around 53%). Only take this if your major needs it and you dont have any other options.

If you need to take physical chemistry, he is the guy to teach it. He glosses over the stuff that you do not need to know and he really helps with homework and preparing for tests. And he curves and drops a test! I got a lot out of this class and thought he was very helpful and wanted us all to pass without making things too easy.

His notes and lectures are clear, but the tests seemed to be difficult. He curves at the end to make it fair. He is kinda boring but probably the best choice chem 122 has to offer. He was not a bad teacher, but definitely not the greatest either.

This was a difficult class based on the material and the speed with which it was covered but the professor is truly excellent at helping out and the exams are resonable.
