Easy A. Directions often very unclear, many "online classmates" struggled. Constantly referred to material from a book we weren't required nor encouraged to get. Feedback was usually minimal at best. Missed points on last paper for something she didn't see, tried to explain it was there, told she didn't see it and it wouldn't effect grade anyway.

Quite possibly the easiest course and professor I have ever taken. Material matched the exams. The course was taken online and required zero driving drive as everything could be completed via the web. Professor was nice & provided some helpful feedback. Course contained a little too much busy work than I would have liked but it was easy and short.

Poor. Way too much useless busywork! I am spending twice as much time on this class as any other 3 hr course. And there are a lot of broken links for required videos, wrong page numbers for assignments, etc. Very unhappy.

Taking this course online and I can clearly see why she was the last instructor available. I agree that her instructions are vague,too many assignments that are of no use with this class. Questions are open ended and graded based on her interpretation of her mood that day. No feedback whatsoever. I would highly recommend another teacher for sure.

I'm taking this class online. All of her assignments are really vague and complicated. She treats the class like it's a 5 credit hr class - it's not. There are often 2 papers and 2 quizzes PER WEEK and she's exceedingly unclear as to what you're supposed to do! Completely useless, which I wasn't taking this with her!

Comment:

Used the Flat book more than I thought. Grades seem to not be worth much until you realize nothing is worth more than 20 points, so be mindful. Learned a lot more than I thought, but does require some time do projects. Recommended!

She is a hard grader, but the grades are also based on 2 things. The rubric is set by the class and the grading scale is set by the Business Dept, not her. She is fair and does explain the text well. This will help set your standards at a higher level if you are a 1st time student. I am very please. College is not suppose to be easy.

Generally an easy distance learning course, but distance learning does not lend itself to group projects, especially when most of your "group" never participates and there is no other interaction with the class members prior to this cluster of projects. Far too many assignments.

DO NOT TAKE ANY CLASSES FROM THIS WOMAN! She is not helpful at all. She is rude and thinks that she is better than everyone else. Her email responses are often short and nasty. Way too much out of class work and a very unfair grading scale. (You need a 77% to get a C) Should not be teaching a customer service class, she is the meanest teacher ever!
