team taught ILC. sort of mean tbh but i learned so much from him and he provided very helpful feedback on my (unreasonably long) papers. A TON of reading.

I had Dr. Rapport in 1996,97 and 98. As a science major I learned so much from him. He was the best history professor that I ever had!! I especially enjoyed his 600 level class on the 1960s

I took a ILC with him that was team taught. He was very difficult but fair. Lets just say he still believed in a "gentlemen's C" and that a C was a good grade. He was helpful though. He did tear my paper apart but went out of his way to help me revise it. I think he was a very good teacher and all other teachers nowadays are just soft.

He is very anal about papers. Very meticulous in his grading, and tears your papers apart. However, my writing has never been better; he truly helped me. He is very understanding, and easy to talk to. Overall, he is a difficult professor, but very knowledgeable and helpful. This is college people, NOT MEANT TO BE EASY

horrible! horrible! horrible! his idea of teaching is spending the entire class time re-reading the text book. has his own agenda & opinions & won't hear anything else... gives bad grades just for the fun of it & WILL NOT curve. avoid at all costs!

This guy should not be allowed to teach anywhere. His reading assignments are ridiculous and are followed up by 3 hour films. He takes it upon himself to alter the vocabulary of your paper and demands that everything needs to be cited, which is ridiculous. This man wasted my tuition money. Avoid like the swine flu.

Professor is a nice guy in general. In class, be ready to have essays that are ridiculously graded, and time frames with readings that are impossible to fulfill. Reading is required typically for there are responses to the readings that are due the day of class. Overall, the class isn't hard, the grading is the terrible part.

worst teacher I've ever had in my life. Assigns wayyyy too much work and most of the time it includes reading and watching a 3 hour movie, then write about it. He sucks. Worst class and teacher I've ever taken. If I've ever had any advice to anyone it would be to never sign up for his class.

Absolutely the worst professor I ever had. I can't believe that I actually had to pay money to take this class. This man is an embarassment to Wagner College.

Worst professor I have ever had. He droned on to a class that pretty much fell asleep, assigned way too much for the class to handle, and then treated the class like idiots because they didn't know anything in history... which I thought that was why we took the class... you know..to learn. NEVER take a course with this professor.

Modern Political Thought made Snow's senior seminar almost easy by comparison. Hundreds of pages of original text per night, and he'd yell at you if you couldn't do it. Embarassed students in class on a regular basis. Wouldn't let tardy students in the room, which nearly led me to fail the class over a tardy and an absence, until I went to the Dean

This was a decent course and I learned quite a bit, but it was an intense workload for first semester freshman students. 99% of the kids in my class BSed the final paper, some of them the night before, which is maybe not the best foot to start off on in college.
