all other ac222 professors use visual aids for their students. Schweikart just talks. He flies through the chapter assuming you understand everything. He reflects on his teaching by making sure at least a few students get A's. He doesn't consider the class average. You're better off not going to class & using professor Wilson's powerpoints instead

His class does NOT help you AT ALL WHATSOEVER. His tone of voice is very annoying, and he acts like he wrote the whole book. He is NOT interesting at all, and his lectures do not get you ready for the exams at all. If I actually pay the tuition to go to this school, I would volunteer to do my best to fire him. Do not take his class. You WILL regret

Some of the stories he tells is interesting and SOME classes are helpful. Most of the time, class is boring and the material is hard to get. Very different teaching style than my AC221 teacher.

Professor Schweikart was absolutely amazing. Definitely the most interesting accounting class I have ever taken. He made the material really easy and clear to understand even for students who had minimal accounting experience. He was always available for extra help especially before the exam. I highly recommend him!

Not as bad as people have said. He def caters to the non accounting people by making the tests easier. Lectures can be semi-boring but if you attend class will have no trouble getting good grade. For someone with Acct exp, the class (AC 711) does not allow him to dive deeper into his own experience. Overall, very good professor but class to easy

Hopelessly unorganized, underwhelming lecturer, lousy presentation, and a serious lack of effort. Does not care, left me very disappointed. Good luck if you have no accounting background, you are on your own with Schweikart. Also, expect more discussion about boats, unrelated tax law lectures, and jokes than actual class material.

J-SCHWEIK IS AWESOME. Compared to other AC222 Prof., he is THE EASIEST with the lightest workload (not one case), and the BEST at presenting the material. All you have to do is read the chapter, and even if you don't 'get it', he explains it VERY WELL in class. He's the NICEST PERSON also.

Professor Schwekart is hilarious, besides the fact that he looks and acts like Austin Powers! He is very dedicated to his work, and he is the nicest person you'll ever encounter. But don't expect him to feed stuff to you - do your work!
