Reviews below are a clear attack on Prof. R. I took him multiple times and he is a super knowledgeable and amazing professor - honestly one of the BEST. I took his course with no previous art history knowledge and was still able to excel. Definitely not an easy A, and he expects a lot, but he sets his course up to prepare students for M.A.s in art.

When I had him he was extremely hard. He only grades on test and loves to lecture fast. Additionally, he expects you to remember a lot of information. Also, he doesnt like it when you spell things wrong and he is very critical. In his class you get two quizzes, three papers, two tests. So he class is hard and he sometimes expect you to already.

He is a very very hard teacher. When I had him he made us memories stuff till the day of the test. Also, he doesnt really explain things well and for test wants things to be perfect. He doesnt really like if you spell things wrong.

This professor is hard. Do not expect to get an easy grade in his class. One thing for sure is that he lectures fast so you got to take your notes quick. In addition, so you know you will have to do readings in his class which arent bad. Its the test where you dont know what going to be on it. When I had him I think he only graded us on test.

Professor Rosenfeld is a okay teacher. When you have him remember that he does lecture pretty fast and that you will have readings to do every week. Also, you will have two quizzes, midterm, and a final. In addition, he gives you three papers to do.

I have this professor last year for one of his art classes. He is really tough so you shouldnt expect an easy A from his class. Things to remember he does lecture in class so best to pay attention. Also, you will get tests, quizzes, papers, and responses.

He loves to give test but he gives you a test you have to memorize a lot of art works like 60. Also you have to make sure you know all of them because you dont know whats going to be on the test. I think he gave us two test, midterm, and a final. I took him a while ago.

I took his Art history class two semesters ago and I guess he was okay. He likes to lecture every class and loves to do it fast.
