I enjoyed Prof Peck's class. Most people use his class to sleep which is fine but I had an interest in Law. Definitely knows his stuff, however the average student will definitely fall asleep due to his somewhat boring manner of teaching. Also, he has a very dry, sarcastic humor. Good guy overall, most would say he was ok because they got to sleep.

Had him 30 years ago. Knows the material but one of the most boring guys "on the stump" you ever fell asleep listening to. Everything comes from the text book and as long as you read it and memorize it you can get an A. And yes, he is as arrogant a twit as they say,some things never change. I wonder what his billing rate was, when he practiced.

Although the competition is tough, Peck takes that cake as the worst professor in the Maritime Business Department. Just try to ask a question in class without receiving a sarcastic misinforming answer. The possibility of taking two classes from this man is the best argument against going straight deck.

Peck has the brain capacity god gave a chipmunk. Not only does he not know a damn thing about law, but he will never let an outside opinion stand that is not his own. I have never met such a closed minded simpelton in my entire life. He does this school a great diservice.
