Easiest class, just have to put in the work, two major assignments; access and excel labs but they teach you how to do it and it's impossible not to receive full credit for the work. Easy A. Would definitely take this class again and recommend it.

HONEST REVIEW101: This class was breezing until Corona. There is pop quizzes on some of the PowerPoints but don't sweat, 5 question quizzes. Learn the code, the projects replicate the exams, very similar! She stops class if you don't understand so don't stress but she is a tough grader and pays attention to the tiniest of details..(smh). Show up

Amazing professor, she cares about her students inside and out. Yes the exams are timed so they might be hard but if you try and seek help she will be there. She is very understanding and will encourage you to get help.

I really enjoyed having this professor. I had her for 2 semesters and she always promoted thinking. She knew what she was doing and was very qualified for this position. She would help the student grow.

Comment:

Teaches you web design without a prior background of the subject. From ground one, through each assignment, up until final project, every piece of content is explained clearly. Any issues you have she will analyze with you and help you understand it. Homework is easy and a lot of it is done in class. Pay attention, review examples, and you're good.

Took MIS online during winter break, get ready to break open your piggy bank: Mandatory 2 text books and you need the online code. Lots of tedious long assignments, but it's easy. You don't really learn, but at least you got on an A.

Only 3 multiple choice tests for the semester. However, other MIS professors have take home online versions which I find would be easier. People do well. She makes you buy 2 texts books and you absolutely need the online code too. I would try to take a different professor to save money and have less stress. If your stuck with her its not bad.

Comment:

Nicholson is a pretty good professor. Teaches through powerpoints so class can get pretty boring. Material is easy though, tests are as well as long as you study a little bit. Online assignments are few but manageable. Take her if you get the chance, hard not to get a good grade.

She's really nice and helpful. Her class can get boring but she trys to keep it interesting. I took MIS as an elective and im really glad I did. She tells you exactly what to study on her exams so if you study what she tells you, you'll do fine. There are 3 projects and there is a lot of homework, but its not bad at all. I would take her agian.

Quite a bit of homework, but it only involved copying definitions from the textbook. Tests are based completely off of her PowerPoints, but she tells you the slides you need to focus on. Overall, a difficult class made easy.

Awesome teacher. She's very clear and very fair. I had her for both E-Business and Business Systems. Her Powerpoints can run a little long, but she provides examples that make it considerably more interesting.

Really nice lady. She lays everything out for you, so as long as you do the work and study what she tells you to study, its really easy. Her only downfall is that her voice can get really loud and annoying after awhile
