Joe knows his material! He's a great prof with packed lectures. The course is well structured and he takes the time to explain what is expected. He has great points and explains the material well. Live cases are amazing to work on. Really neat guy and draws on personal experience. Keeps the class open for discussion. Truly loves feedback!

Joe is a fantastic prof and gives his 110% both inside and outside class. His guest lectures were amazing. What's amazing is that he simplifies complicated things down to common sense ways to look at data pushing students towards actionable business insights rather than just coming up with irrelevant insights. A passionate prof, highly recommended.

Not too good. Often cancels classes. Even at the last minute, will send out an email saying he has the sniffles and the class is canceled. Class should be called product marketing not service marketing since that is what the main focus is on.

Wonderful professor. Has mastered the teaching ability of incorporating the students comments into his class material. He is very engaging and interactive. Brings relevant examples to class. He is always upbeat and excited about the material -- which is contagious! Highly recommend.
