Took his 1431 and it was my fault that I did not get a grade better than a C, aside from that he is a great professor, clear and fair grader. Test and Quizzes will be almost exactly like his his lecture notes, so there is no reason to not pass his class unless you skip or don't take notes. He will help everyone pass!

Professor P was a great teacher if you really apply yourself you can get the grade you want. i slacked off in the beginning and at the end was trying to dig myself out of a hole. He really helps you if you ask for it. great professor

Glad hes retiring,he really just doesntt grade in a way that prepares his students for anything, graded by 4 tests 5 quizzes, and thats it,quizzes are only about 8 question, tests about 12. final was only 19 questions,HOW IS THAT FAIR TO OUR GRADE? its almost impossible to do well if you get test anxiety, because the tests/quizzes are the only grades.

doesn't grade for attendance but decides how he'll grade the final based on who comes to class, class is so long and boring that you'll find you teach yourself more than he teaches you. I've gotten an A-B in most of my math classes, and failed his class even though I put in hours of work. Theres a reason he thinks the class is hard, but hes just BAD.

not very approachable, doesn't really even help you during office hours, touchy, got mad at my friend and I for "putting our pens down too loudly."Grades harshly, but will tell you whats on the quiz/exam for the most part. No assigned hw but he'll give a general idea of what to do from the book. only graded by 4 tests/5quizzes.

Show up to class and take good notes. Tests and quizzes are very similar to the notes that he writes during class. I would argue that you don't really need the textbook, but it was helpful for extra examples. He is a very good teacher who cares about his students' success. So sad that he's retiring, would love to take more math courses with him.

Professor Jack* is an amazing professor. If you don't attend the class, you can get the notes from him later. Personally, I didn't even bother doing the homework because all of the quizzes and exams were from the notes, so notes is the real key in this class. His lectures are interesting and not boring. I highly recommend him for Stats 1635.

This teacher does not prepare you for higher-level math courses. Teaches you to the test which does not help you when you transfer to a University. GPA is irrelevant if you are academically unprepared. If you are earning a 2-year degree, choose him. If you are transferring to a 4-year, and need more math, you might want a different teacher.

Jack is really a great professor. He's very pleasant and easy to get along with, even if his jokes can be a bit goofy. If you show up to class every day and take good notes you should do fine. All the quiz and test problems are similar to what you cover in class. He also provides all the formulas needed which is really helpful. Take his class.

**Jack** Pripusich is an amazing professor and I highly recommend taking him! He genuinely wants his students to pass! His in-class notes can be lengthy but they help a lot! He always explains what will be on the tests and quizzes (they are handwritten by him each semester). Taking him for my math courses at COD was the best decision i made!!

He is a great teacher. You need to pay full attention in lectures and all of his tests are from the practice problems in your notes. Do not do the homework or get the book! Keep on practicing the example problems and you will do great! He is a very funny guy as well.

Jack is definitely an old-school professor. If you like things to be done online, he is not the professor for you. He does all of his lectures on the overhead projector and hand-writes the notes as he goes. He clearly knows what he is talking about and wants to be there for his students. Overall, a really nice guy who will look out for you.

John was an amazing instructor. He enjoys what he does and will not hesitate to clear up any confusion. Give yourself at least 2 days to practice all of his board problems for quizzes and tests. Final exam was overwhelming and confusing for part of it. Know the sequence of formulas; they are not in order and many are put in just to confuse you.

I took professor J twice, and all I can say is that he is very passionate and caring. He explains the material so well and his tests are exactly like the notes. HW is extra practice which I recommend. If you skip class though, do not take him.

If you hate math and/or are bad at math like me, TAKE HIM. I usually hate going to math, but honetly I didn't mind it with him. He's very helpful and explains everything thoroughly. I don't know what else to say other than to take him. I'm already registered to take him again.

He ain't that bad of a teacher. But I personally don't like his attitude, he is a stubborn guy. I asked him my score on the finals and he didn't tell me. What kind of professor will not tell you your score? He doesn't even post anything on Bb. So it's kind of impossible to know how you did. I really expected B in his class but end up getting C.

His outline for the semester is very "old fashioned", 4 tests and 5 quizzes. The homework he assigns is optional, sadly it is basically useless when studying for a quiz or test. He basically says to rely on the notes but doesn't narrow it down. He offers examples but uses the same numbers and words for new ones so it gets confusing between chapters
