great professor!! assignments were easy as long as yu paid attention in class and so were tests. after each chapter (word, powerpoint & excel) there was a test. even gave study material a week before each test & a project after each chapter. really easy. & very very nice lady. willing to work with yu as long as yu email her & communicate with her!!

professor is very helpful. tests are long 50 Questions. this class will pay for it self. you will never need a tech to fix ur computer anymore you learn so much from this class and professor Katz she desirves to be the head of the CIS department and not Professor Kolios.

She is one of the best. Very Helpful, very presise and smart. Would try as hard as she can to make everyone understand the material. Want an "A" Just Attend classes and do the work and u are all set. Make sure when u are buyin gthe text Book that u get the cd that comes with it or prepare to spen $400 bucks. Good luck
