You will not get a A, I do all my work and participle and even try to communicate with her frequently but she grades everything extremely hard. As someone who got all As in the past Im struggling with a C

I took spc2608 online. Its a complete online class, A7, with 9 modules, she will not accept late work at all, not willing to work with you on any late assignments, very tough grader, does not offer extra credit. As long as you stay on top of your work you can pass but do not expect an A.

I was surprised by the low reviews, I honestly thought she was an awesome online professor. I solicited her help often with speeches and she always provided great direction and/or constructive criticism if needed. She does grade tough so get used to 73/75 or 24/25. I only made 2 perfect scores out of 9+ assignments. Still, she's really great.

Gives a fair amount of work, not too much. Definitely need the textbook. Fair grader. Very quick to respond to questions. Includes several class discussions and other assignments. There are a few tests, but they're only worth as much as the discussions. Big grades are the two recorded speeches, but she lets you know what she expects of you.

This teacher is beyond terrible and I would not take her class again whatsoever! She is rude and does not work with you. She does get back to your emails pretty fast, but makes you feel ignorant. She is a very tough grader and it feels like nothing is good enough to satisfy her. It is extremely hard to get a perfect score on anything. BEWARE OF HER

I was super nervous about taking a speech class, but I am glad I took this one. She gave great feedback on my speeches and papers and graded fairly. Quickly responded to emails and was nice and relatable. If you participate, do the work as assigned and follow instructions you should have no problem making a good grade. I would take her again.

She does not care about the students. She will answer your email in a timely fashion but she has an attitude that it jumps out of the text. I will never take her class again. I will never be able to do speech in public after this class experience. and I only failed by 30 points. Not helpful and very cold toward students.

Gave me a low grade bc "I didnt turn in my assign. early enough to allow students to review my paper on time" I turned in my assign. on a Wed. it was due on Sun. I wouldn't take her again. Her grading can be ridiculous, she marks off for everything! Even if you turn the assignment in before its due. She can be rude. Her work is pretty easy if you understand it, but you definitely have to work for your grade. I don't recommend her.

She is very sure of herself. Her syllabus guarantees that you will NOT get a perfect "because no one is perfect," and you only get a 20 on the DB if you think of something "she has not thought of before." That was my first clue. She is not nice with her responses. Course talks about context but she has no idea how to apply it in her response.

online class. very helpful went out of her way through emails to send me links and sample assignments to help me see what i needed to do on my assignment. gave me plenty of time extensions as my schedule demanded. does not give 100's on everything though and your speeches do have to be executed correctly. doesnt hand out A's but helps u get one!
