Professor Morgan is one of the greatest professors at Rowan college. Our class is very relaxed environment which makes learning easier for everyone. For class you will be assigned a topic to teach the class. Very straight forward and she lets you put together a power point. I would recommend taking professor Morgan to the anybody.

I had her for a summer class. Nice teacher, gives good input on nutrition and she will make you want to change your negative eating habits. She gives a review before the exams. Show up to class and participate and you will do just fine.

She is a very good teacher. Her cardio class will definitely challenge you at any fitness level. Expect to run or fast walk for each class. Don't just take the class to waste time, you will get points off and fail. Don't skip the class or show up for attendance then leave, she will know and you will fail.

Forget this being mandatory, you need to take this class. Not only is Mrs. Morgan incredibly funny, intelligent and pretty, but she is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, and she WILL change the way you think about food. She is so passionate about health that YOU will be too when you're done. Fair grader, AMAZING lecturer. Also very hot!

I learned SO much in this class. She's a vegetarian/vegan so she definitely is pushy about that, but overall really wants people to live healthier lives. She gives a lot of great food tips and has helped me begin to change my lifestyle. It's an easy class, so go for it if you just need the grade, but the subject really is great too. she's awesome!

Terrible professor. I absolutely hated coming to her class. She is a gym teacher teaching a nutrition class. I honestly feel like she did not have the necessary credentials to teach this class. She is very opinionated. And when she believes she is right, she will repeat herself. We watch movies for 25% of the class. Her lectures are useless.

Best teacher at GCC! Take her nutrition class, she's absolutely incredible. For those of you who said she's opinionated and brags about her children, you're obviously not paying attention. She goes over everything she teaches in the textbook! Pay attention, take notes, and you'll get an A. Not a class for a slacker though and sit in the front!

Used the book only for Independent Study. She sat in front of the class on the desk and talked the whole entire class never had any visuals or used any of the boards. The reviews for the exams DO NOT help at all her idea of review was the class ask each other questions which you don't know at the end of the class what will be on the exam.
