I took him a gain for HIST 1302. I enjoy the way he lecture by telling stories and he teach us unbiased history. Tests are all multiple choice and those are easy as long as you read the books and take notes in his lectures. 1 book report which has clear grading criteria, and 1 test on 2 books. Do your reading and you will pass this class with an A.

Professor Hullar is a really good professor. He's old school so he doesn't do power points or anything of that nature. He talks from him mind and you have to follow along during class. He gives study guides which come right from the book. Very easy class. Once you pay attention in class, you'll have no problem, and he definitely won't fail you.

There is reaading involved but not an over load. We only had one paper.I recommend him and will be taking him for HIST 1302

Tests are super easy, he gives reviews for most of them. Seems laid back at first but gets a little pride hurt if you miss too much. Got an A despite missing a lot because he drops one grade, which can be your attendance one. Lectures are boring, book is easy to read, and like I said before, the tests are pretty easy. One paper required.

This prof is AWESOME! I took two semesters with him and he has been my favorite teacher thus far. He takes an attendance grade (that can be dropped if lowest) and stops taking role in the middle of the term. It's an easy grade and he is an easy prof. He wrote his own textbook so if you just read the 5pg chapters you will be sure to make an A!!!!!

I took Professor Hullar for HIST 1301 & 1302. He is possibly the coolest teacher at Lonestar. He gives a short daily outline of notes and tests come straight from the notes. Quick and easy tests, all multiple choice. One small book report. Easy A if you show up and listen.
