Comment:

If you go to class and semi pay attention you will do well in the class. If you have to write an essay the textbook was very useful and give more information and insight to the paper. No everyone gets the textbook, so if you buy/rent it, it can be an asset. I loved her class! Lectures can be long but she grades very fair!

Dr. Parshall is incredibly intelligent and a great person. Her tests are always laid out plenty of time in advance. Her classes require work, but if you pay attention to her lectures, you will not have any issues. While she does not place high importance on attendance, being present will benefit you greatly. Also, she is always willing to help.

I love Parshall, she's great, I've had a bunch of classes with her since I was a freshman, she's funny and easy to get along with, she is always there to help, she's real laid back and herself, if I could take her with me to law school I would.

Let me start off by saying that this isn't my first class with Dr. Parshall. I also took PSC117 with her last year. Her grading is very fair. You don't really need to keep up with the readings until the exams come, then you NEED to know the info. She doesn't really take class, but you miss info if you do miss. Overall, I love her and she's amazing!

Excellent professor. I actually started to take an interest to government. Her tests are very fair and if you just go through the study guide you will get an A in the class.
