inexplicable why this class exists; worst prof I've had in Ed; she wasted classes on games/apps/materials that I had been exposed to many times before in the college (as well as high school); didn't even know how to help with software required to use for projects (super rude & condescending); made us use her ideas in projects to get an A on them

Such a fun professor!! I actually learned a lot in her class and it wasn't that hard. Save your projects because they will come in handy in the future! She's amazing, take her if you can!

I LOVE HER!!! This class is an easy A but she definitely cares about each on of her students. There is rarely any homework as she gives you a ton on in-class time to get your work done. Her instructions are very clear for each assignment. Easy grader and loving!

Comment:

Mary is probably one of the better (if not the BEST) teacher(s) in the College of Ed. She is so caring, and most of your work is done in class through participation. You can only miss one class though, excused or not excused. However, thanks to her I wanted to go every class possible!!

Mary is seriously one of the best teacher I have ever had! Her assignments are all very fun and engaging. I had her at 8 am and still had a great time going to class. Lots of group projects and she gives great feedback.

Class consisted of four projects and the final was a portfolio project. Little homework assignments were scattered throughout the semester. Class time was given to work on projects, but projects could easily be done outside of class. Unfortunately, missing more than one class lowers your final grade. Lousy attendance policy for the easy class.

Ms. Ferrell is one of the nicest professors at ASU. She truly cares about her students and is willing to go out of her way to help someone. Her expectations are very clear, her projects have clear instructions and she grades fairly. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. Give her the attention she deserves and you will get it back.

This class, and instructor, are good for what you're getting. She takes things super personally sometimes though, like if you're sick and need to put your head down for a while. She'll kick you out of class for doing that. There are some assignments in the beginning that are straight up busy work and then two final projects. You make a website

Mrs. Ferrell is an awesome lady for CI 2300. She really cares about making her students future teachers. She has a lot of group discussion and 2 big group projects that are a big chunk of your grade but she is so willing to help. Go to class and participate and no reason why anyone wouldn't get an A, I would take her again in a heartbeat!

She is such a nice lady. This class is extremely easy if you do the work. It's just a bunch of busy work in class. Attendance doesn't matter that much, I think I skipped about 5 times and still earned an A. I would recommend taking this class with her.
