Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will take time to explain things, during lectures will use personal stories to help make concepts easier to understand. Sometimes can drift off topic, but thats ok.

He is AWESOME!!! He is soo cute. I want him to be my grandpa! Get to know him he is so interesting, he's done a lot. He knows a lot!!! He's one of the best teachers ever!

I loved this class. Lots of fun and very interesting. This class is what you make of it. Listen to lectures and take notes. No homework but reading chapters. Only 4 tests. No quizzes or projects. Gives extra credit and likes to tell funny stories! Great college professor!

All the hate on here for Dr. Cline. Why? The man's hilarious. He seems like a goofball, he's hard of hearing, and he can ramble. So what? The guy has a Eh.D from UVA; he's a smart guy. If you ask him questions he'll always answer them thoroughly. Sure, lecture's are boring. Bring a laptop. Show up to class and do the online tests. Easy A.

Course did not follow syllabus and lectures did not match up with assigned readings. Tests we easy because they were all take home and online but I did not feel challenged or engaged with the material and came out having taught myself more through reading the book and using Connect. He is a very nice man and intelligent but lectures were confusing.

Tests were take home-- thats the best thing I can say. However, posting tests and staying on any kind of schedule was horrendous for him (and for us). Takes roll but does not institute attendance drop if you do not show up. Forget about contacting him, you will not be able to. He can be funny, but mostly just boring. I have learned almost nothing.

The basis of this class is come in, sit, and listen to him talk the entire class. He tends to get off topic, stare off into space, and just forget a lot. We have 4 tests through out the semester, all of which are online. So far we've only been given 2 out of the 4 tests and we have 1 class left. If you want a response via email or call... good luck

Professor Cline is a really nice man, but he just isn't an amazing professor. He often loses focus during lecture, and there are frequently periods of him standing there staring off into space. If you want an easy A, take this class. No classwork or homework, just tests and the final. If you want to actually learn, find a different professor.

Mr. Cline is long winded and class can get boring pretty quick. But he never gives homework, all his test are take home and open book. If you stay for the whole class duration he will give you extra credit and that's on top of the extra credit he gives if you do the online book work. He's a good guy just don't take his class at night.

Made an A in this class but lectures were a pain to sit through. I only went to about half the class periods where he took attendance every day and it didn't affect my grade. He can't hear very well, so I could tell students were discouraged to ask any questions. He is really nice but just not a helpful teacher.

Great teacher! He was so easy and funny. I think the enjoyment of going to class really depends on who is in your class. My class was very funny and participated. Best college class I've ever taken.

If you're interested in getting an A take his class. All of our tests (even the final) were take-home, and we had a week to finish them. If you want to actually learn psychology and have interesting conversations during the class, don't take his class. The only things I learned were from my book, not my professor.

I took his class in 1975. I still remember his wackiness, but still, a fun instructor - truely interested in what motivates people.
