I don't understand her odd grading system. I followed every instruction she gave in class and never missed a class. However my grade was really poor relatively to what I've taken efforts to the class.

I love Dr. Jackson. She makes class interesting,fun,and entertaining. She doesn't delay her lectures or give busy work just to fill up every second of every class. Her assignments are related to what she lectures on. She is such a wonderful lady. So glad I was able to have her. One of my all time favs at JWU

Things to know about DOCTOR jackson: 1. There are no tests, just the final. Your grade is based on classwork, a paper, and small hw assignments. 2. DON'T LEAVE CLASS TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. Go before or after class..trust me, she gives xc to class while you're gone. 3. Participateas much as you can-- 7:10's w/ her aren't bad. TAKE HER IF YOU CAN! :)

She's a really great professor...but her grading is odd. Keeps the students interested with her life stories and is really in tune with their reality. I wish she gave at least a few tests because studying for her final was a cram fest.

She made the 7:10. She tells funny stories..Lets out of class early.One of the better Professors of Psych. Her grading system is VERY confusing with "extra credit" counting as a grade which means it can hurt you rather than help you,kinda seems backwards...She also has her favorites and it is clear. Take her if you can,despite her confusing grading

Dr. Jackson has got to be my favorite professor at JWU. This class was really interesting and her stories are hilarious. No tests--just the final. Only a few homework assignments and even those are done in class. I plan on taking her for Abnormal Psych. TAKE THIS CLASS!!

Wonderful, funny person. She makes great jokes, her assignments are relatively easy. She knows that this is a class you have to take so she doesnt drag you down with needless information. The only test is the final exam. All other work is: 3 papers, class assignments and class part. Enjoyable time

After taking honors psych, i had taken so many stress tests that i actually felt stressed. She goes soooo slowly with the topics that you dont get anywhere (5 weeks of talking about stress!)...waste of time, certainly not honors.
