Horrible for online! I messaged her and it has been 3 days with still NO response. This course is very heavy with discussions (the only homework) making you post at least 4 times a week yet discussions from September are still not graded. No idea how well I'm doing. Only two exams so basically a midterm and final worth half your overall grade.

unsure how she in in a classroom setting but would say her online class is difficult as there is no set syllabus for when each chapter assignment is due, and dates change often. She is NOT a timely grader, which causes a lack of transparency and improvement as you never see what you did incorrectly. NEED to communicate with her one on one to grade.

Comment:

One of the best Professors at OCC by far. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very approachable. Show up every class prepared and expect to work. If you treat her with respect and make an effort in class then you will get an A.

I really enjoy taking classes with her, but she is very biased. She is not very enthusiastic, but very helpful if you need any help outside of class. She treats everyone fairly and thoroughly goes over the material. Overall, I think she is a good instructor. You just need to know how to filter out the bias.

Great professor. Online class was well organized with clear expectations and due dates. She responded quickly via email to all questions and frequently joined online discussions. Grading was generally prompt. Overall really enjoyed the class and learned a lot.

She is a very miserable person. Very cold and difficult to talk to if you need help. This is a part of my major and she has made it unenjoyable and extremley difficult for me. She yells and swears at kids. She doesn't turn things back in a timley fashion, or at all, and you never know how you're doing in her class. Avoid her class at all costs.

She is so cold hearted and unpleasant !! I have never been treated so terrible in my entire life i am considering transfering schools as thid class is part of my major and i never want to encounter her again!!!! she taught me absolutely nothing and is a horrible teacher

She is a bleeding heart liberal. If you want to listen to liberal propaganda you will love this class. I got nothing out of it and it made me not want to pursue politics anymore. I would not take another course with her again.

She is not the best. If you don't like after school programs or volunteering your time for a public service don't take this class with her. Camelot Government Simulartion is good though. She is away for Spring 06 but will be back for Fall 06.

Prof Tamrowski is awesome! Shes so nice, she encourages conversation in the class, and shes extremely fair, her tests really accurately reflect what shes taught, no tricks or suprises.
