Comment:

One of the best professors I have ever had. Even the tests were learning opportunities as there would be new information from future chapters that you were tested on not for extra credit but a part of your actual grade. It caused you to actually think and apply the knowledge you had learned to figure out the next thing.

Dr. Dewitt is brilliant and his classes are always challenging. He's sometimes difficult to understand in class, but go to his office and he will work with you until you understand. I was super prepared for grad school and my first grad-level Tonal Theory course was a breeze, thanks to him.
