I switched from Kubasek to McOmber's cause a friend told me he was way better--and she was right. McOmber is one of the best instructors BGSU has in my opinion. He's a down to earth guy and he will help out if you need it--and he's easy to understand.

McOmber is awesome! He is very intelligent and ALWAYS teaches the material well. His test are moderatly hard for Legs 301. They consist of multiple choice, short answer, and T/F. Take my word and choose McOmber!

An excellent teacher. Knows a lot about the legal field. The class isn't easy, but if you put honest effort in, you will get a good grade. Take good notes and show up to class.

Covers alot of topics in pretty good detail so he makes it hard to get A's or B's on the exams, but this guy knows what he is talking about. I would reccomend him to anyone, especially the LEGS 301 class, one of the more intersting classes I've taken here at BGSU
