this class was terrible. rees is extremely opiniated and bores most of his students to actual death. i cannot even tell you how many times i fell asleep. he is also from england and does not offer any other viewpoints on the issues he brings up. you will hate the word ideology by semesters end. never taking another class with him again. he is evil.

Not a good class. Do not take this if you're a Sports Management Major, this class was deigned for Phys Ed students in mind and no one else. The paper a marked with his option in mind and no one elses,i'll never take a class with him again!

nice person, it's hard to understand what he is saying b/c he talks fast and from England. Know examples of the terms that he asks for and the definition as well. He is funny when u understand what he's saying

Rees was very very very very VERY boring. A really nice guy and all, but he just says the obvious and you can pretty much BS you way on all the test. Also, just say examples in class cause he loves it. it will def earn you brownie points. try to stay concentrated as best you can. A fun game is count how many times he says the word sport in class.

Dr. Rees is a very good teacher. He will go over the material until you understand it. He uses examples and reviews each topic a number of times, so don't need to worry if you can't get it the first day. I would definitely take another class with him.

He is knowledgeable about what he is teaching and I do respect him for that. Why did we have to divide the class into 2 professors, is beyond me. He is vauge and since he says sport every 30 seconds, his vast knowledged loses it's meaning.
