Seems to not know what she's doing. Tests make no sense. Lectures make no sense. Offers no explanation of material outside of what's on the slides. Gets off-track easily. Blames everything and everyone. Takes every ounce of effort I have to learn in that class. Save yourself the energy and take someone else

I did well in resentations and she openly praised them. But I just missed a B.Course material is dated and she did not like that being pointed out, even though politely. Stubborn. Passive agressive and only pretends to help. There is nothind Aviation related about or in class. That is Called Org Bhavior in Aviation?

Fairly simple class with 4 mc test(lowest dropped), 9 quizzes (lowest 2 dropped). Gives a nice amount of extra credit. ASK her to go over the test, there will be errors! Attend class, ask questions, and read the book to make an A. TEACHER DOESN'T round UP. In addition, be ready to make arts and crafts relating to the chapter

Dr. Reynolds is an excellent professor. The course is fairly simple - weekly online quizzes, 4 in-class M/C exams. Two quizzes dropped, one exam dropped. If you study the chapters in the book you'll get an A - that's where all questions come from. Reynolds knows her stuff and her lectures were interesting. I would recommend her.

The class is very easy. I did not do much and landed a solid B. As for Reynolds I personally did not like her much. She seems to care more about rafting than teaching and she seems very passive aggressive. Overall I would recommend her because of the easiness of her class.

BA201 Suppose to be easy class but she makes us to do a project over on airline and write papaer and presentation. it can not be that bad but this can be garde killer.. She is real nice prof, but she can be mean so watch out. her test is online test and quiz, but if someone is doing bad, she will make you to do inclass test. Overall she is good

Business Research Methods is a pain-in-the-ass class. It's just the way it's designed... you've got to learn SPSS, statistics, research methodology, and do a major research project all in a single class. The workload is very high. As for Reynolds, well, she's alright. Just stay on her good side. As for the textbook, I never bought it... powerpoint!

If you want to learn something about organizational behavior, then look somewhere else. Definately one of the top 5 worst teachers I've ever encountered. The only thing that keeps this one from reaching number 1 is the fact that she doesn't sleep and fart during class.

the class is fun and sort of keeps you awake. you do random things and the lectures are shorts. exams are online anytime during the day with open books. but dont expect to get a lot of knowledge out of the class unless u want to read a whole bunch.

Dr. Reynolds is a great teacher, and the content is really interesting. However, her tests typically have absolutely nothing to do with her lectures, which makes it slightly difficult to figure out what to study for on the tests. Other than that, her class is really enjoyable.

You have to be careful with her "participation grade" I guess attending nearly every class, asking questions, and participating in all the group projects will not get you a good grade. It helps to be female for some reason in her class..
