Took this class during the Fall 2020 semester. Her class is an easy A. All of her assignments are not challenging. I recommend making a groupchat with other people in your class to help each other out or with tests or assignments. The textbook for the HNSC 1100 is online! No need to buy the textbook

This woman is a saint. During the entire COVID situation, no professor was as kind or lenient as her. She understood our struggles and made everything okay for us. I highly recommend taking her. You just have to read the papers she gives you, complete the assignment for 100, do a final PowerPoint, and midterm and final. I love her. TAKE HERRRRRRRRR

She is carrying and sweet. The class in kind the boring b/c she only read through the powerpoint slides. The test is not hard if u study the slides, she gives sample questions and review before test.

She is very sweet and understanding. The criteria to do well in her class is made clear from day one. She listens to students and will do her best to help you pass. Overall, it's a very easy class to pass.

I took her in 2011 and forgot to rate her, she is by far obe of the greatest Health Science professor I have taken. She knows her stuff, she is very understanding and cares about her students the exams and hw are extremely easy. I wish she teached more classes. I recommend her to anybody.

Very kind and friendly, helps you whenever possible. Her voice is a bit too soothing though (like a lullaby) and the material can be dry, so sometimes staying awake was a struggle. She gives review sessions before tests and teaches (almost) everything that ends up on the tests.

She is the best professor that I've had at BC to date. Though the material is boring, her outgoing personality keeps you interested. I wish she taught more courses because I'd take them all. She's very sweet and helpful, couldn't ask for more from a professor!

Comment:

Professor McChesney is one of the BEST professors I have had. She is so sweet, kind and takes the time to help her students. Just do the small homeworks she gives and you will pass with at least a B. She really peaked my interest for Epidemiology. However, she is boring but I promise you, she knows her stuff. Just bring some candy to her class.
