not the best prof if you are learning the material for the first time. he doesnt teach he just has conversations about the wsj. expects you to be able to do a complete macro and industry analysis without even teaching anything about the industries. get engaged to investopedia you'll need it

Do yrself a favor and stay away, if u need a B then take him otherwise do not, Midterm is the hardest but the problem is that he doesn't teach any of it in class AT ALL! The final is take home but def. not any easier, it takes like 7hrs to figure out. He repeats himself in class all the time. no offense but he needs to retire.

The midterm is very hard and it's straight from the book and he gives no reviews, he hardly goes over anything in class thats on the midterm. the final is take home and it takes a while. very hard to get an A mostly all B's and B- He does NOT curve. but he is nice and attendence in not mendatory.

Excellent professor, clear, interesting and informative lectures, just be sure that you have taken the Corporate finance and Acct 1 before you involve youself. Learned a lot of stuff. Very recommended!

DO NOT TAKE HIM!!! His teaching is very unclear, he talks about his cell phone every class, makes up some stupid stories(we cought him 2 times on lying). Midterm is very hard, questions he asks are out of nowhere NO A-s highest grade was ~86 most people got 40-70 NO CURVE, Final is a take home exam but you won't find answers book nor notes

Take his classes only if you have some past knowledge and/or experience on Wall St.Otherwise you'll struggle with his way of teaching.Expect to study by yourself, cause he won't spoon feed you anything.But if you have a backgroung, then you'll enjoy his class enormously as he will open your mind and will make you think out of the box.

Does not care about teaching he comes in talks pure BS over and over like he has Alzheimer’s. He hits you with a Midterm with things he never talked about never defined. When most does poorly he does not curve grades. Final is take home but if you did not do well on midterm you will get a shocking C like me or C- like a lot others. Do not take!
