Great professor! His english topic is one of the most interesting in department and he really tries to make the class interesting. Will try to scare you in the beginning and will push you to do your absolute best work, but he will make you a much better writer and if you go to class and do the work you will get a good grade.

The man is adorable. And he sounds like Derek Zoolander. The class itself is pretty dull and the readings are awful. But I went everyday anyway, just to see Smajic. He's great about giving paper extensions, and it's impossible to be wrong. Whatever you say, he'll rephrase it until it makes sense.

Victorian Mysteries was such an awesome class. He's a really interesting guy, and class discussions are so much fun - you always end up going on the craziest tangents. He's a fair grader and a really reasonable prof all around, giving much-needed extensions and whatnot. Yay Smajic!

Smajic is a really funny guy, and for the most part has interesting lectures. His grading is relatively tough on papers though. You can convince him to do almost anything in class-even watch Family Guy. Always available for help.

Focus on readings and class discussion. His grading scale for papers is slightly amiss - an A paper is "above and beyond" what's required, so it's difficult to receive. Although he is interesting, helpful, and nice.
