the most haphazard mess of an online grad class I have ever seen. tells you to seek help then never answers your emails. mysterious grading scale that only he understands (aka: grades on a curve at the end so whole class doesn't fail I guess).

You might as well pay just pay a monkey to teach you this crap because Isberg clearly doesnt care enough about you to teach you this stuff. Honestly, how does this guy have a Ph.D? Hes so lazy at even grading assignments its amazing that he ever put any work into getting a doctored degree. This guy is a joke and you should pray you never take him!

I am so sad about this class, everyone decided to post a review today because of the last email he sent us. I am trying to do my best, Its frustrating. I am just praying to God because I dont have money to take a class again, I need to pass. :(

He was simply just awful. It felt at times he did not care for the students. Never graded work in a timely manner. Got an assignment back 1 month later with little to no helpful feedback. Also he will respond to your emails LATE- it will literally take him 1+ week. I don't know why he is a professor.

One of the worse professors I have ever had. I feel like I have learned nothing this semester, we sit in class for 3 hours to listen to him talk about Kroger, how is that going to help us? We didn't learn our grade in the class until week 12, midterm was ridiculous, final project was thrown at us last minute. Terrible professor never answers emails

Is this site not posting reviews that aren't favorable anymore? This professor is terrible, and it needs to be known. He's the only person who teaches this class... he made me want to transfer in my very last semester because he is truly that bad of an instructor. He doesn't care about students and I'm not sure why he teaches... because he doesn't.

Does not respond to your emails at all. Does not care for students. Encourages them to get a B and not worry about getting an A. Very unprofessional and defensive in class. Does not follow the syllabus. Changes assignments willy-nilly. Slaps whole semester's assignments in the last week.

This is not an easy class but he break it down for you. Do not miss any class. We had three group projects so choose you group wisely. You will have to do a lot of research in this class but at the end you know a lot more about Finance.

Dr. Isberg represents what is missing in colleges. His unique teaching methods and passion for teaching will push you beyond your limits and force you to be great if you are willing. I have learned more from this class than I did with the rest of the classes. Understand that you will not succeed by doing the bare minimum. Work hard!

On every communication he says to contact him with any problems, almost implores you to do so but when you email him with a question he takes days to get back to you sometimes not until right before the due date of an assignment. The materials he presents video, documents, spreedsheets are often vague, have typos that are confusing.

He respects the students and the learning process. He wants to make sure you leave his class understanding the material because it is the foundation for other classes. He wants students to be able to have finance conversations and to speak and understand the rhetoric.

He is a great professor and really cares about his students learning! He gives you many opportunities to improve your grade and he has a unique grading system where once you earn a C or B you cannot lose it so it removes the stress from class :) I highly recommend Prof. Isberg!!!

Wants to see you understand the material. Very down to earth and he is not bias towards females. He was not even meant to teach our class but it got dumped on him and when he went through the material that we had to much material to cover and change the work. He also never give you a test that you are not prepared for.

Typical Isberg class. Lots of information thrown at us that doesn't feel like it's sticking until later in the semester. This class was much easier than FIN332, but still required lots of thinking, interaction, and research. Very beneficial if finance is your wheelhouse.
