She went really fast and if asked questions she answered the question really fast and did not care that I still didn't get it. Not a good teacher for beginners.

Nice lady... Not a great teacher for beginning students. The students seemed to run the class half of the time. Very easy to get off subject. Test were difficult.. 1/2 of the time we had to ask her what she wanted for an answer and she wasn't sure. I got an A because I studied with friends & another prof. tutored us through the class.

I've had better french teachers in high school, but she does know her subject material very well. I think students would learn better if they were fully immersed in french during class, but since they aren't you have to study the book a lot if you haven't taken french before. Fairly easy class if you study and pay attention.

This is an easy class. Being the French club president guarantess that this class is fun. If you take this, be prepared to read the book everyday if you want to pass the class and actually learn anything. She's really helpful and compassionate as long as you actually care for the class. Tests are not easy if you don't study diligently.

She knows her French! She spends lots of class time going over basic pronouncments and text assignments. She assigns a lot of homework. If you study you will do well. She also is the advisor for the French Club on campus.

Doesn't do a very good job of teaching the basics. Wastes time in class with meaningless projects including naming foods for 45minutes instead of working on conjugations and sentance structure.

Susan does not teach spanish, she thinks that itis review for those students that have had 102 and below. She also needs to work on being available to her students and much more helpful.

Avoid this teacher if you are taking a begining spanish class. She should be teaching advanced spanish classes and not beginning 101 students.

She has pride in the language and that is a good thing to have when teaching a foreign language. She makes you work though, but gives numerous extra credit oppurtunity.

Grumpy. A little snobbish too. Expert at Spanish. I think she translated a book between Spanish and English.
