Took online. Instructions are crystal clear, but yes the 8 wk course is very busy. I spent about 30 hrs a week on it and I know I will be getting an A. Loved the material I learned so much! Yes she responds very quickly and seems very sweet! I was just looking for more of her classes...I would take her again!

Susan Parcheta is way too self involved and narcissistic to be teaching anyone. Before you can even start the online course you have to take an exam on her bio?!?! Which by the way has to be 100% to proceed. Seems like she could care less about actually teaching or instructing all she does is refer you to the textbook.

I would NOT recommend this class for 8 weeks! It is A LOT of work! Sometimes she can come off as pretty snippy but she's not horrible. Just keep up with the work and print out every assignment sheet.

She's not bad, she's just OK. I do not recommend taking the express class with her. Material is fairly easy, but it was just way too much homework. Oh, and make sure you do the assignments exactly right. She will mark you wrong if you miss a space that you cannot even see.

Parcheta's class is ridiculous. There are close to 2,000 points possible, apparently she has nothing better to do than assign the same thing 5 different ways and then sit around grading...she runs her class as if it were pre-school...she tries to act like she's nice but she's snarky and insulting and talks down to everyone. Worst professor I've had

I took the online 8 week express class. It is overall easy work, just A LOT of it. You need to dedicate about 5-8 hours a week, depending on how well you know the material. The teacher was very helpful and very quick to respond to e-mails. If you do not have a lot of time to dedicate, do not take the express class.

A very no nonsense teacher. The class is not hard. but is VERY time consuming!If you don't have 5 hrs a wk for homework do NOT take.She is helpful if you schedule extra time with her or stay after class,not in class. Class is too short.. do the practice test and projects in SAM or you're sunk. You will pass if you do all of the work

Mrs. Parcheta is awesome! I really enjoyed her class because the practice tests were the exact same tests (except scrambled). The class is based around effort. In order to achieve a good grade all you have to do is just put aside a little bit of time every week; study for the tests and you'll be fine

Great lady. Get on her good side and she will help you out just be kind. YOU MUST HAVE THE TEXT BOOOK YOU USE IT ALL THE TIME. Prastic tests are your firends here, if you do well on them you will get an A she is not tricky. If you miss more than 2 classes she will drop youfrom the class.... MAKE SURE YOU SHOW UP.

The work itself is relatively easy provided you don't have computer/internet problems. you have to read the book meticulously, and follow every single direction. the tests are a retarded, considering half the images don't match the question. she will not help u, and expects u to figure out your own problems. test questions are usually worded wrong.

Not the BEST teacher in the world but she's okay. The class itself is a lot of work. The exams are the same exact questions as the practice tests, if you study them you will pass the tests. She will help if you ask her to. Doesn't take late homework, even if you're absent. Does give some extra credit.

Terrible professor, do yourself a favor and stay away from her. She decided a friend and I were cheating based on a single word being mispelled. She doesn't help anybody and expects you to already know everything. she is slow and old and treats the students like elementary school children. She talks down to everyone and has an insane amount of work

Susan Parcheta is not always willing to help students. She expects them to know everything already. She will not let them ask each other for help. The tests are all technical and stuff. You have to practically read every word and do every excersice in the textbook to do well. I do not recomend taking her Microcomputer Applications class.

Oh boy... very nice lady, but a horrible teacher. Extremely disorganized. Treats everyone like a 10 year old. I felt like I was in a kindergarden. If you are bad with computers - you might like her style. If you are good with computers - she will be your nightmare! Easy grade regardless..
